Jessica Dombkoski
As a proud Philadelphia native, Jessica Dombkoski has spent her career dedicated to talent acquisition, working both in agency recruiting and internal recruiting for startups. With experience on both sides, she’s seen the challenges businesses face when trying to find the right talent, as well as the high costs associated with traditional recruiting agencies.
In early 2023, Jessica founded Acquired Philadelphia with a mission to provide small and mid-sized businesses with an affordable, transparent, and thoughtful approach to talent acquisition. Her goal is to help companies scale by connecting them with the right talent—without the high price tag—while offering long-term solutions for sustainable growth. Through Acquired Philadelphia, Jessica has supported local businesses in the Philadelphia area and beyond, ensuring they have the right people to drive their success.
